Arrival of Sari and Anas!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated on Kickstarter.  We have reached (and surpassed) our goal... thank you for helping bring these international artists to New York!  We will be rehearsing hard for the next week and a half to prepare for the performance on May 9th... see you then.

in need of your support... by May 1st

Please support our Kickstarter!

Dear Friends,

As you may know, travel for Palestinians can be quite compromised. The issue is politically and emotionally charged for many institutions and individuals. The process of bringing Palestinian artists to New York for this production has been challenging. Because of the extreme difficulty in getting work visas for the artists, our production in May will be free to the public.
In order to succeed with this production, we need your financial support...

I believe in this project with all my heart. The production might be able to offer an important message about the reality in Palestine. I am “campaigning” for your support, and hope that you will donate to the project on Kickstarter.

Our process is going well. Tatyana, Miriam and Saori are very much looking forward to meeting Sari and Anas in May. In preparation, Miriam and Yoshiko will travel to Palestine for two weeks in early March. They are preparing to meet members of El-Funoun and update them on the project here in New York.
